Anyone that's owned a Moncler think its overkill for an NYC or DC winter? My "winter" jackets are the worst.. not sure why ive never purchased a legit one.

I live in NYC and that's exactly why I posted the Basile and even then I'm a little afraid I might be cold

I usually buy a Burberry bubble the past 4 winters but I had to realize spending all this money on coats every winter I could of easily copped a Moncler and made it last the same amount of time.

Wasn't there a guy in another thread that said he saved up in high school for a Moncler, and then he got it and it wasn't even that warm?
He said he froze his *** off the entire winter

well im 5'6 and the sleeves are a tad bit long. i have to roll it once but its perfect after that.
esp withthe navy you cant even tell it got rolled

Looks clean as hell, I only asked about the sleeves cause I have long arms. Gonna see about the olive one.

He probably copped a Moncler jacket not a coat because it was the cheapest one

I should have bought the Penfield Stapleton last winter when they were on sale. Maybe at the end of the season when they go on sale again.

Right now i just have a RL bubble jacket.

Looking for something lightweight for work and casual wear. I live in TX so it doesn't get as cold down here as other places.
