I don't get it. Why did they move away from the blue paint?

I get a Knickerbocker is a Dutch thing and the whole connection with Orange, but I've always thought of blue when I had to associate a color with the Knicks.

Just when you think you will never be surprised by a dumb *** Knicks article in your lifetime, an entire article comes out about how the Knicks would have a better record next season if Porzingis averaged 13, 8, 3 (Shawn Bradley's best season) than we would if he averaged 10, 6, 1. Go figure.
