RIP jose fernandez, one of the few bright spots on that Miami team. that kid was a stud and was going to be a force to be reckon with in the near future. its a sad day for baseball

Makes u think if they didn't push his start back to monday, would he have still been out there...man this **** sucks. Always looked for his highlights on sportscenter. So energetic throwing dudes out left to right. So much potential.

After all he'd been through in the thrived in the face of in his young life, for it to be taken this way is horrendous.

I can't even believe it man, idk what to say.
 
Idk why but I feel devastated. Just had a friend offer me free tickets to the Mets game today bht I had no desire to go because of this. This is messed up man. Dude always wanted to pitch. Came back from TJ in 10 months just because he wanted to pitch.
