That's what Greinke gets for challenging him when Carlos was still unsure of charging or not. **** Grienke.

Apparently, the Padres were laughing in the dugout about Grienke's injury and that's what got Hairston fired up...He played for SD last year.

Quentin leans over half the plate and gets hit 30 times a year but created some false slight that Greinke aims for him. It's a 3-2 count in a one run game, there's no way it was intentional. All Greinke said is "what" so that leads him to charge he thinks Greinke has it out for him. Dude, you've been hit 30 times a year for 5 years now. You get hit by frail *** Greinke and now you wanna get mad? I can't buy it especially from another guy who gets hurt when the wind blows funny.

^Still..That's the 3rd time he's been hit by Grienke, so there's history there. I don't even think Quentin was gonna fight him until Greinke dropped his hands and said something. I don't blame Carlos at all.

Ok and the amount of time he gets hit I'm sure there's other pitchers who have hit him more than once he created some grudge in his head over Greinke hitting him. I personally think he knew who and what kinda guy in Greinke he was going after. I mean I know Greinke rubs folks the wrong way and is a bit of an *** hole but to charge in that situation? I don't see it. And I'm ALL for seeing players throw down

We won't know until mid after noon. Right now people are speculating 4-6 weeks to 3 months.

Quentin got hit on opening day, I believe, and said he was sick of it...It may have been anyone, but it happened to be Grienke who was the next one to hit him. It is what it is.

Quentin gets plunked around 20 times a year. You would think he would figure out by now that its HIM and not the pitcher that is at fault.
