If you're in the heart of the path, how dark is it? I'm not...so it's just like a cloudy day

they said its 75% in nyc and its gonna reach that at 2:40. Ive been looking outside the window and it looks regular sunny to me so far

Totality looks just like dawn. Not really a black out.

I'm in 75% zone. I couldn't tell a difference in lightning. Another cloudy day.

Word, if I was in the totality path, I wouldn't care about actually looking at the sun...I just want to see if it gets dark enough to almost look like night-time. That's the only cool thing about this

My eyes hurt. And so does my head. Didn't even look at it and it just seemed like a cloudy day outside. It'd be lol if a bunch of construction workers decided to sue for not getting the day off.

The thing I hope people would takeaway from this is that the "us vs. them" mentality is useless. We're all in in this together. The sun is the only thing we'll always be in debt to.
