"The process" had nothing to do with making the conference finals. It was about bottoming out as opposed to be a treadmill team. It was about getting high draft picks, acquiring assets (picks and young players) and maintaining cap flexibility.

You're talking about the steps needed but youre not taking about the outcome. The outcome is not about getting high draft picks and flexibility. That's the strategy, the outcome / goal is to make it to the conference finals as often as possible and pounce on the opportunity to make it to the finals and win a chip.

Hinkie talks about it in detail here:

"im not about throwing my teammates under the bus" ~Lebron 5 days ago.

I don't think he's throwing em or call him out. I see it as a motivating technique but i understand why people would think otherwise.

Will all you Bron stans become free agents tomorrow as well if the Pacers pull off the upset?

Despite all the bs espn feeds you they don’t need steph god to win this series. I’m sure he’ll be activated eventually

I hope GS doesn’t play Curry if he is not 100%...... don’t want to read 1k post excuses for Curry when he plays terrible

I used to think this way, but when Zaza injured Kawhi last year I threw all that s*** in the garbage. I hope Curry isn’t 100% and they get swept because of it, we will just consider it karma.
