i been here since november i've realized the biggest mistake i made in my life by taking advice from my bum-asz brother in law.
i'm still successful but i rather do it where i feel comfortable. houston aint it.

I lived there for two years. I couldnt wait to move. Soo spread out youre damn near driving all day and that Southern humidity sucks.

where u at now? the weather i can deal with, but houston infrastructure is garbage. your spot on with the driving. even if nyc is overcrowded i can deal with the terrain since i'm from nyc. miami is my style though gonna make that wade comeback move in 2020.

yea, a weekend city, which is why so many people (athletes specifically) retire and have homes here long after they've played for any of the teams here. I don't know how many people I know that are originally from Dallas, Austin, or San Antonio that "hate Houston" yet abruptly left their own city and been here 15+ years

Glover Quin ain't been a Texan in 6 years, still has a home here. Marcus Camby was having a home built here from the ground up in between his Clippers and Blazers stint, and didn't even come to Houston til 2 years after that. Isaiah Canaan doesn't even have a steady team, yet has a home here . If you come to Houston, you're more than likely not leaving for a long time, if at all. That was my whole point. That's not a weekend city.
