Herbo and Burrow have showed more progression in their development than Jones has.

I;m not going to compare Jones to those 2 even though they were all drafted in similar areas.

Herbert is elite. Burrow can be elite if they protect him.

Jones will be VERY good if he can get a line. Nobody can throw behind that trash.
