I did...but if you closely read every tweet and such on the matter, Harbaugh was the one really pushing it. Nothing ever said the Vikings wanted to offer anything to him.

Zimmer was a DC in Cincinnati/Dallas secondary coach, the trend is you bounce back and forth between offensive-minded and defensive-minded in between firings. I don’t think they go back to the defensive side of the ball as head coach.
