You're wanting a definitive reason why he wants to be there, and only Beal can answer that. Beal isn't in this chat, so all any of us can do is speculate. As far as speculation goes, $239mil is a reason to stay somewhere. Wanting to be somewhere for non related reasons still counts as a reason for wanting to be there.

I think that’s where my thoughts on the subject differ from you, addict and Based on the subject. Money or not moving are reasons to stay places but that doesn’t mean you want to be there, if that makes sense.
It’s like saying “I don’t like my situation but I’m going to stay because of the money/location stability.” IMHO that’s different from “I’m really happy here and I get the bag/location stability.” To me the former indicates your don’t want to be in your situation but are staying for auxiliary reasons outside of your company/position/coworkers/bosses but the latter means you enjoy those things about your situation.
But ultimately you’re right, it comes down to what’s going on in Beallionaire’s mind and there’s no way for us to know unless DC or Varnell have connects.
