Honestly I wouldnt be surprised if Mac is the pick. Shanahan definitely has a "type" and since he got to the 49ers we have had Hoyer, Beathard, Mullens, and Jimmy G as starters and none of them were exactly good moves so it wouldn't surprise me if the botched the **** out of this.

Legally I guess he may still be innocent or get out of it one way or another.

but personally I think I’ve heard enough to know he’s an absolute creep at the very least, regardless if he did anything illegal or not. So the damage done is probably justified. He can’t be doing that ****.
