One of the most underrated things (if not the most) in modern basketball is stamina. Nobody seems to really pay real attention to it.
I always took it as once he draws the double he jist pulls his man and the other defender or half defender/attention out of the play and leaves the rest of his team a 4 on 3 opportunity to score so be feels like ok i opened it up for yall, now yall scoreIt’s really to conserve energy.

It's Steph's superpower. Not more so than his shooting but...close. I'm personally am just as surprised at his conditioning as I am at everything else that he does.
