that sub isnt very healthy op. salami, pepperoni, cheese aint gonna cut it, and i hope u not putting any mayo on there

while I would agree with the notion that subway is healthier for you than say McD's, wendys or BK...I think they add in alot of stuff that still remainunhealthy for you like certain breads, sauces (Chipotle even though I love it is filled with uneccesary stuff), cookies, soft drinks...etc.

It does give a healthy servings of veggies though.

Whenever I go to subway my sandwich is Turkey + Honey Oat bread + Lettuce + Tomatoes +Spinach + Bananna Peppers+ Cuccumbers w/Chipotle sauce.

Whats wrong with my order is the bread, the processed turkey meat and the sauce.

its not healthy. i used it for bulking and it worked but i felt like crap. go to whole foods or something.

the deli at the grocery store is healthier IMO b/c their produce/meat is fresh. get turkey or tuna and hold the mayo and cheese

Why wonder when it takes seconds in Google to look up the info.

Posted this on NT several times before, but check out the stats...not that great after all since it is after all fast food.

When I have to eat at Subway, I get the black forest ham on wheat, with no cheese or condiment. Just the veggies and jalapenos.

naw what i wrote is all i include.

so what's the ideal combination for a subway sandwich?

i always get the spicy italian w/ chipotle sauce

......i think im going to reconsider.

Com'on? Spicey Italian? Salami? Spicey Pepperoni?

This is one my favorites, its obvious its not healthy.

the healthy choice out of the three subs i get is the tuna

so what are the healtier sandwiches? I usually go for oven roasted chicken breast on wheat bread toasted with lettuce and tomato plus chipolte sauce

I always order cold cut combo with whole wheat bread, lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, green peppers, cucumbers, olives and pickles, and a little bit of salt andpepper. No mayo or sauce.

at the sodium in the cold cuts. ill stick to oven roasted chickenbreast. more protein less sodium.
