2025 NBA Draft Thread

B Sox Mock Draft (4 hours prior to draft)

  1. Minnesota- Anthony Edwards. Highest upside in the draft and fits seamlessly with DLo and KAT.
  2. Golden State- James Wiseman. Highest upside for a big in the draft. Fills position of need.
  3. Charlotte- Lamelo Ball. Higher upside than their current backcourt. Needs a lot of things to go right to reach ceiling though.
  4. Chicago- Deni Avdija. Team needs a playmaking wing and he’s the best one in the draft.
  5. Cleveland- Obi Toppin. Better Kuzma?
  6. Atlanta- Tyrese Haliburton. Perfect secondary playmaker to pair with Trae.
  7. Detroit- Patrick Williams. Team needs everything and he has the highest upside on the board. Potential to be a really nice 2 way player.
  8. New York- Devin Vassell. Best 3 and D in draft. Not exactly what the Knicks dreamed of getting but he’ll be a winning player for them at a position of need.
  9. Washington- Onyeka Okongwu. Seamless fit. Could be best big in the draft.
  10. Phoneix- Killian Hayes. Best PG on the board that can learn behind CP but also play alongside given his size and defensive potential.
  11. San Antonio- Isaac Okoro. BPA.
  12. Sacramento- Aaron Nesmith. Bogdanovic replacement.
  13. New Orleans- Tyrese Maxey. Game resembles Jrue Holiday.
  14. Boston- RJ Hampton. Highest upside guard/wing on the board.
  15. Orlando- Kira Lewis Jr. Best PG available.
  16. Houston- Tyrell Terry. Best shooter available that could develop into a starting PG.
  17. Minnesota- Precious Achiuwa. Multi-positional defender to pair with KAT. Should get easy buckets offensively with passing of DLo/KAT.
  18. Dallas-Saddiq Bey. 3 and D.
  19. Brooklyn- Desmond Bane. 3 and D that can be effective with low usage.
  20. Miami- Jalen Smith. Highest offensive upside of any big in draft other than Wiseman.
  21. Philadelphia- Cole Anthony. Ball handler and shot creator with good pedigree.
  22. Denver- Isaiah Stewart. Team needs another big with both Milsap and Plumlee potentially gone.
  23. New York- Malachi Flynn. Best PG available.
  24. New Orleans- Jaden McDaniels. Swing for the fences.
  25. Oklahoma City- Aleksej Pokusevski. No brainer swing for the fences.
  26. Boston- Leandro Bolmaro. Stash. Ball handler/great passer with upside.
  27. Utah- Theo Maledon. Potential PG of the future to take over for Conley.
  28. Oklahoma City- Zeke Nnaji. Productive big with offensive upside.
  29. Toronto- Jordan Nwora. Good shooter with size.
  30. Boston- Xavier Tillman. Daniel Theis clone.
