He was not a consensus Top 20 pick. We don’t have to make things up here. Why is it now that Shadeur is a 'fringe' or 'backup' QB when up until yesterday he was a mostly consensus top 20 pick.
I thought he’d go R2.

reached the point in this Shedeur arch where I’m talking myself into the eagles drafting him to compete for Hurts backup spot
ESPN and the NFL have been releasing articles that he’s uncoachabke. They’re saying his team that’s around him is not going to allow anyone to train him.Folks talmbout the off the field stuff causing this slide, what could he possibly have said/done in those interviews to cause this much of a slide? This is the NFL—they tolerate all sorts of off the field *******. I have a really hard time believing that’s the true reason for this. Fully understand him sliding to the 2nd or 3rd, but some of these other QBs ahead of him are laughable.
ESPN plays the both sides game all the time. Whatever gets eyeballs on themESPN and the NFL have been releasing articles that he’s uncoachabke. They’re saying his team that’s around him is not going to allow anyone to train him.
They’re making it pretty clear that they not know if they train him into a star what’s going to happen. Only someone who’s an ex NFL Quaterback in the last 5 years would know.
If he really is a star, why not just try one of the other leagues for two seasons.
