2026 MLB Season Thread

for those watching ST games...is the pitch clock visible on y'all's broadcasts? i haven't seen it for the Sox games. wondering if we'll have a pitch clock viewable for the regular season broadcasts. make it part of the score overlay, maybe

I watched a bit of a ST game on the local Dodgers cable TV, the pitch clock was visible on the left side above the pitcher's shoulder (RHP) on the wall padding so I assume it varies by stadium and broadcast.

first time seeing it in live action and the game/pitching feels rushed. as soon as the camera cuts back to the pitcher after the at-bat and reset of the batter, the clock is at 7 seconds and the pitcher is immediately going into his action. they gotta figure out how to produce/air the game better IMO. can't be cutting to the batter/stands/whatever after every pitch and then cutting back to the pitcher with no time on the clock.

Angels won't trade him unless he comes out and says he wants to be traded.
