Yes.....well, he helped in the Chapman extension, but he wasnt the PoBOs yet. So yeah, these are basically all his moves.
I would do the Devers trade 100 times out of 100, regardless of hindsight. The other two moves were awful at the time, and worse now.

Yeah the Devers move seemed like a no-brainer at the time. Adames was a top free agent too, not sure how much of an overpay it was but he was coveted by a good amount of teams.
Just takes a lot of humility to admit being wrong, can't completely knock Buster for that and trying.
