Admittedly I haven't watched much of him (hence the initial question), but is he that physically and athletically dominant? All the scouting reports I see are he's super skilled and polished.

He’s not an Anthony Edwards athlete but he’s more athletic than Devin Booker. He likely ends up being a playmaking 2 though. He’s the goods though.

I don't think its a hot take. I'm just going off my observations. I've seen a ton of AJ highlights but this FIBA tournament has given me my first chance to see him in a competitive game setting for the first time. I don't watch much AAU games. He is talented but he is not a sure fire number 1 pick.
