I'd definitely say greed. I think a greedy person is more likely to be greedy than greedy and racist. Hell just look at the situation we're ineconomically.

That is easy, greed is in everyone, everywhere all the time. Racism is not as ever present and the brand of racism that has been most potent in this country,white racism towards non whites, was largely a result of greed.

Greed is also inborn, greed is as natural as drawing breath. Racism is a powerful force but is ultimately a social construct.
