To be clear though, how much would the CEO himself make out with if he were to sell to FB. $3 Billion was the offer FB put on the table to purchase Snapchat, ie. the number they thought snapchat itself was worth. I could be dead wrong, but if he sold the company for $3 billion, I don't think any one person who works for Snapchat (CEO included) walks away with even $1 billion in their own pocket.
