Are the 25th Anniversary 1's going to be worth anything? I have a pair DS and i don't know i fi should just start wearing them. Thanks

They won't be worth much. And I'd advice u not to wear them. Your only win here is if u can still return them.

If the 2001 Grey/silver 1's took a major plunge in value, these won't be worth much.
If you had '01 Black/Red, Navy/White, White/Red Patent, or any of the Japan Editions then most definitely.

There something particularly wrong with them? They look nice to wear, IMO. Plus that suitcase is sexy.

Just wear them! They aren't trophies! I only believe in deadstocking kicks to be worn at a later date!
Resellers ruined it for everyone. They wot be wrth anything anyways!
No one cared about them when they dropped, no one cares now and no one will care in years to come.
If you wanna hold them to resell later on, just know they might crumble and be worthless.
So wear em while you can, jays are not investments like stocks and bonds. Lol

Many collector's, such as myself, would say otherwise. I have made a living buying and selling Jordan's years later when they are more rare and therefore more sought after.
This obviously does not hold true for all Jordan's. But pretty much any that are very popular/stylish will increase in value over the years if kept DS.
And my personal opinion on whether this pair will increase enough in value to keep DS??
I have a pair which are currently still DS, but due to the decreased quality of the newer J's, I would have to assume these will not increase in value nearly as much as the 2001 Silver 1's... Wear em.

Only thing people will ever want from these is the suit case...which is why there was that guy on here sellin his pair asking for 20 more dollars JUST to include the suitcase with em...sad but thats what it is. Wait till you stop seein' people wear them and just rock. You bought them because you like them. And thats what matters.

Like most people said, wear them. Obviously, if you keep them deadstock, you'll maximize possible profit. On the downside, it'll probably take 5+ years to even be higher than retail. So rock them j's and keep the case.
