I heard the Spanish Basketball League is the 2nd best basketball in the world. Is this true? Ricky Rubio picked DROSE's pocket!

Yes the Spanish league is 2nd best league solely due to the fact that Ricky Rubio stole the ball from Derrick Rose.

It depends on how you phrase the question. If we keep it strictly to domestic, national leagues, it's the Spanish League (ACB). However, the highest level of play is found in the Euroleague, which basically pits every European national champion (plus top-4 finishers in the strongest leagues, and so on) against each other. In a good season, a Euroleague squad will play almost as many EL games as they'll play in domestic competition.
