Jeezy gets the slight edge because his music is more "motivating", Ross ain't no slouch either he has a great sound and ambiance to his music but it just doesn't hit me quite as hard as Jeezy's tracks do.
The Inspiration is a very highly slept on album, to me it's every bit as good as 101
Both Jeezy and Ross are two of the most consistent rappers out there today, they never stray away from what works for them and hop on bandwagons like almost every other rapper does.

Jeezy win's all around..Ross has a couple great songs, but i feel his album is full of filler, or songs that just fail to capture my attention.
