How much does M$ charge to repair a 360 that has RRD? Reason im asking is because this dude at work is selling one of his 360's for $30(to me) because iwas talking to him about coppin one soon to play MW2 with my brother and a few friends who dont have a ps3. The only thing he said is that id have to get theRRD fixed. For $30 ima jump on it (no %+#$) and send it in if the ticket to get it fixed is right. Its only a 20gig but cant u upgrade the HDD?

I doubt its banned, dude got money so he didnt care/think about fixing the RRD and just copped an elite. I trust dude, anyway if i dont cop thisima spend the 300 on an elite anyway which i would rather do but this 30 he talkin about too good to pass up. How much does a decent size HDD cost for a 360?

my dude that i goto in san ramon does it for 60. but if youre not near the bay area in california thennnnnn have fun.

i got a 360 for free from my sister. got the rrd, sent it in, got sent back a new 360 for free. now that one got the rrd on it. i called them up and they saidit was out of warranty, but if it is the rrd, they would still fix it for free. if it was out of that 3 year warranty for rrd, to fix would cost $100. so a 360for $30 is a steal. tops, $100 to fix, and u can delete whatever he has on his hard drive and start off clean. dont buy another hard drive if u dont need it.20gigs is still decent space.
