Is it possible to use 3m paint, if not, what other methods could be used to make 3m effect?

it's not 3m brand scotchbright, but there are both paint and spraypaint which goes on semi transparent and results in reflection to light. works fine on shoes.

what do you mean by "cloak paint"?

Whatever is used to get the cloak effect on the Kobe VII and Penny V. I have the Penny V and I noticed a very small chip on the inner midsole. It seems like the "cloak" was applied as a paint. I have seen nail polishes in the past with this type of cloak finish, so im thinking there has to be a paint out there.

I googled "pearlescent paint" and yup, its that type of paint.

mainly used on cars, but if you search around using that word, i'd be surprised if you don't find some that you can use on your kicks.
