For whatever reason, people like to bring their drama into the workplace and make **** unnecessary. Instead of clocking in, doing your work, and clocking it, it seems like it’s always something.

I usually stay out of the drama. I don’t talk much to people. People would say that I’m quiet. The few people who I do talk to been there for years and I’m somewhat cool with . I try to avoid the drama but people sometimes pass it along and I be listening

How do y’all deal with workplace drama and bs?

Also do you currently have any drama going on at work? Sally keep putting raisins in everything for the company potluck? Bob keep bringing in Taco Bell and blowing up the bathroom? Etc etc.

How do I deal with it? I ignore it and keep it pushing.
End thread/ lock it up

I usually just lay low but sometimes the drama come to you and you have to put people in their place. Just try to be as eloquent as possible, save all the cussing and fussing. I had this the hard way.

I let my supervisors handle any drama between employees.

I have only gotten involved if the supervisor doesn't know how to manage the situation and depends on me to resolve the issue or the employee bypasses their direct supervisors and shows up at my office.

Since I’m on the road most if not ALL THE TIME, I don’t deal with the unnecessary BS at the office, like at this moment. My mind is clear and I do my job well then I go home.

but I hate it when we have scheduled meetings and you’re obliged to make small-talk with officemates... like LEAVE ME TF ALONE

I just try to give people sensible answers when they talk **** about other people, so they probably find my input boring and keep me out of it for the most part.
Exactly. Provide new perspectives and let them know that they could actually be the problem. They'll never come to you again. They want you to bond over that negativity, nope, not me.
It's people like that on niketalk.

Don’t bang your coworkers. If you do, don’t tell your friends at work. If you tell your friends, don’t date the coworker. If you date them, don’t break up with them. If you break up with them, quit.
****** will never learn not to do any of this this tho. Chances are high that lil situation will fizzle out and ole girl will feel some type of way or she’ll end up telling everybody what went down

Small talk is the worse and I be feeling bad because I usually don’t have any enthusiasm in my voice when responding. Small talk from men is horrible :lol

Usually lay low but it has a way of finding you anyways, then catches you offguard. So now i at least try to be aware so i'm not randomly drawn into something. Gotta make friends with the nosy joint.
