7'1" 15 year old, possibly India's first NBA player??

He's got a LOOOONG way to go. Let's see if he'll amount to anything in college before setting sights on the NBA. Also, I'd love to see vids of Yao at 15 just to compare his coordination to this dude.

Cool story.. Let's see if he can work on his game the way Dirk did to get to where he is. SON, those ears though?

Barring life threatening illness and Greg Oden type injuries you know no matter what if he's eligible he's getting drafted in the NBA. Son can be slow and lack an offensive game. His size alone will make him an anchor on defense and a shot blocker if he has any hand-eye coordination.

Son better grow his hair to cover his hair.

He's slower than Big Baby. Also, height is not a guarantee for the NBA at ALL. Isn't there a thread with some dude being 7'8 for the globtrotters.

hHe sucks but it look like just started playing, and still has about 4 yrs till college. ill cut him some slack

exactly, hes got great people around him, working out and training everyday. hes got 3-4 years to develop then college. its easily possible if he works hard and has no injuries. only reason i made the thread because hes 15 so hes got potential.

Please. Height isn't everything. Go ask Paul Sturgess.

The NBA would love Singh to go to the League, which would have a Yao Ming-type effect on the country. They build courts all over India with the hopes of developing future NBA prospects. He looks like he's a ways away but he's got height that you can't teach. Definitely a player to follow - and he's not the only one either.

If he doesn't make it to the NBA - he can consider himself, India's first replica of Zlatan Ibrahimovic

We're talking about a 15 year old though. They'll treat him like a project with growing potential just like McGee and Thabeet.

Dude's a 7'1 15 year old training with some of the best trainers in the country at IMG Academy every day. Lucky bastard better do somethin with that.
