Definately need more pics to be sure. From what I see though the stitching looks alright, fake stitching is usually pretty sloopy and looks unnatural. The tab on the back looks ok alright. The tongue has the tumbled leather

agreed 100%. the picture below is the back of a GM pair. if you notice, the stitching stays straight, it doesn't have a slight bend to it like authentic pairs do.
