90's was the decade of the ice cream truck for sure, and almost everything was under a dollar except for the exclusive popsicles.

Can't talk about lion king without talking about the other GOAT movie! TOY STORY!

I miss video rental stores so much.

Sure it's much more convenient having endless movies at your fingertips online, but I feel like a lot was lost when the last Block Busters went under. People have such short attention spans now. If a movie starts off slow... click another one. I know a lot of people who don't give movies a chance. Just the other day we threw on American Psycho...Friends wife wouldn't even give it a chance.... Too slow.... Change the movie NOW. Back in the day, you had what you rented and you watched it, you YOU WATCHED IT ALL. Maybe you even watched it a few times before you returned it. It was a total crapshoot if you were unfamiliar with a movie... all you had was a brief description and that cover art. Aw man... the cover art. I know I'm not the only one who spent way too much time in the Horror section looking at the various airbrushed covers.

Kids WB, Fox Kids, TGIF and One Saturday Morning period
I hated one Saturday morning with a passion. I don't wanna see no pepper Ann or recess.

WB had the best variety and the goat Pokemon, but FOX had power rangers and digiomon. Had to flip back and forth after shows

My buddy worked at one in hs and he'd give us the heads up when they were getting rid of old tapes and then we'd go up and take them out the dumpster. Haha.

Another friend worked at west coast video and he'd let us just take the porn tapes. Haha. I had like 20 tapes at one point. How times have changed. :lol

anyone remember blockbuster music? They would let you listen to any cd in the store to see if you like it. They showed me how to open cd cases without ripping off the tape on the case.

if I remember correctly this came on saturday mornings before wwf superstars and after x-men

^ I don't remember blockbuster music but I do remember the wall record store. They had those lifetime guarantee stickers and you could just swap out an jewel case and return any cd that was scratched or ****** up. :lol
