A comment on Reddit suggested that maybe they had people working at the ISP provider that was giving up IP addresses to find these people....

Either way, this nonsense is crazy the amount of resources they have to straight up find people.

I hate dudes who say that. I've had a few family members who have small businesses over there being hassled and some have been kidnapped for what little they have.
And these cartels mind their business and stay away from the innocent

, yeah ok. Some areas are safer to visit, but safer is a relative term.
 
That video is right. The only way to stop the violence is by US legalizing drugs. Violence against violence doesn't work. But i don't think the US is going to legalize drugs. Maybe marijuana but not the real drugs.
