I over hear a couple arguing about gay couples and how it was acceptable. The counter argument was, "if two men or two woman can engage in sexual activities and be normal / acceptable, why not siblings?"

I don't think that's how it works. 

Obviously people have their opinion and are raised a certain way .. The majority of the world live life according to religious text, according to the text we all derive from Adam and Eve - in essence insects - and homosexuality is not permitted. How do we as a society say is ok for two males or females to go at it ... but hey you to heterosexuals siblings cant because ??? I think that's what the dude was arguing about .....

This is incorrect - of they have some genetic defect then it amplifies the chances for the offspring but it does not mean they are having ******s of the rip .... In theory Gay relationships cant reproduce unless they use a surrogate - obviously a male and female can .. so wouldn't that be normal?
