I know someone who tried to build something like this in their backyard. One of the county inspectors paid him a visit and said tear it down. Can't eem build an adult treehouse on yo own land in Libbiefornia.

Actually saw one like this where they built it in the backyard with a pool, it was fire. They lived there while renting out the huge main house.

How much they talking is the real question? that’s bigger and nicer than alotta regular apartments ...Problem is most places have zoning laws that wouldn’t allow this, especially in the suburbs and older cities...Places like Vegas they don’t give a F where you build anything tho
