Saving money>
Eracism is a throwback troll. BLATANT with it, word to FailedTakeover. Been a member since 12' and still on that tee hee say stuff to get a reaction biz? Do you fam.

Anyways sooperhooper sooperhooper ive been giving excuses for a few things myself. I don't even have legit reasons, it's like you said I'm pretty much just lying to myself.

-marrying my girl. She's the one, it's just that marriage(in my mind) is such a task. I'm putting it off like it's a pile of dirty laundry that needs washed, ironed, folded, and put away.

-health related things. I need these knees looked at bad but I just can't drag myself to the doctor. I guess healthcare is legitimately expensive, but putting it off longer and longer is a bad idea.

-saving money. No reason for this other than I'm just lazy and irresponsible.
Did yall change? If not i can help with yall saving money. I was bad at it (like never did it all). Now i love saving money. Its become fun for me.

Well, its really cus I started investing in the stock market. Started last year as the economy started to recover from covid. I was up 60%. Now i look for money to throw at the market. The more i put in (in good companies) the more I make. So its gotten me putting away every bit I can (saving) and watching my money grow. Its fun for me and i love it. I take profits and reinvest, but theres flexibility there for your lifestyle, if you wanna withdraw it for a purchase.

Its great to have a plan or goal, so I use this calculator to help me chart my course. In 20 years, with less % returns that I got my first year (cus nothings guaranteed), i will be a multi millionare. So with that, my goal is to beat that estimate. Invest more that I planned to, invest wisely to have more gains, to get there faster.

Went from not saving, to saving and trying to generate generational wealth. You may wanna talk to a financial advisor, but, i just wanna encouge you that nows a gresat time to be in the market. As the economy rebounds from covid, you can save, invest, and profit.

I have to write a Thesis by May 7th. I haven't started yet.

I bought a Peloton in September. I rode it 3 times.

I bought Bowflex dumbells. I haven't used them once.

I have plenty of excuses that are mostly legitimate, but I need to be held accountable for my laziness.

What can we even say to all this? You sound like a quitter. Stop being a quitter :lol

Within a year, Most people end up barely using the in home workout equipment they buy.

These companies know this. Hell just look at the number of folks that dropped off in the Peleton thread.
