i tried adderall once, took it at 6 in the evening, didn't help me study at all, i was still closing ms word after every paragraph to check facebook orniketalk, but when i tried to go to bed at 2 am i just sat there stone awake for 2 hours. all it did was keep me from sleeping

Same here, except I've done it on two occasions at 4PM. I took a 25mg Adderall XR both times. What's the problem? Should I go for a higherdosage next time? Or a non-XR version?

Dude just needs to sleep. After 48-72 hours of no sleep, you sometimes say things that you were thinking or that were subconscious ideas. After another day ortwo more, you may actually hallucinate. I can speak on experience about saying and hearing stuff, but never been awake more than three days straight. Your boywill sleep and wake up better than new.

Adderall in college is almost a necessity. I try to get some early if I'm going to take it because during exam week some chicks will pay 12-15 for a 10mgor 18 for 30mg time released. It's ridiculous.

A 10mg will last me 3-4 hours of straight 100% focus. Throw in a sugar free Red Bull and I can extend it another hour. I only take it when I REALLY need it,though.

the hell was I taking - has this NOT worked for any of y'all? Me and my boy both tried adderall and didn't feel a thing.

Some random side effects but nothing like y'all are describing.

I tried a 15mg..didn't feel anything
Tried 30mg the next day with black coffee..it works but its very subtle
I guess everyone needs different dosages

I know this one kid that acts like hes on straight speed on addies after a 15mg..
It sucks for people like us because people charge rape prices, especially during finals...
It'd probably take me 30mg to focus a bit, 45mg to really focus, 60mg to feel euphoric
and I live in nyc.... $0.50 a mg is NOT whats poppin

hahahaha its not like an automatic smart pill. if you dont know your stuff you still gonna do poorly on the test. might be too late unless youtryin to cram an all night ACT study session and go right into the test the next morning.

You and your friend are thinking about it too much. That was my first mistake, expecting for it to kick in. My best advice is after 30 mins.from consuming the pill, crack open a book or whatever it is and study. You'll notice the difference within the hour or maybe sooner. Don't havethings around you that you know will distract you. Your brain will absorb a lot of information and you should have a tunneling vision of what you arestudying.

Over here at my school I know cats that sell 2 10mg instant release or 1 30mg extended release for the low price of $5. It's almost too easy to pass up. Doyou know peeps going straight 8 hours in tunnel vision learning stuff. It's the only way to tackle 6 final exams in 4 days.

Yeah man its crazy. People dealing this stuff like its nothing. The library is like this big playground where you have dealers selling the stuff over facebook,then they go over and meet in between book shelfs. I don't know how Adderall got so popular but not only that people doing it like its nothing.

It just makes you concentrate more and puts you in the zone. Also makes you feel a lil good.

Side effect is no sleep...
