Adele v. Marsha Ambrosius

Both are great writers.
Both are English.

Not counting numbers(because we all know who wins there), who do you prefer¿

How completely different are they¿ Both are heavily influenced by soul music/pop/R&B.

I guess on paper they could be the same. But really when I think of one the other doesn't come into mind.

Marsha is on the Neo-soul side while Adele is strictly pop. They aren't all that similar at all imo.

Corinee Bailey Rae would be a nice medium between the two.

I think they're actually very similar. I haven't heard all of Adele's music though but it didn't sound Pop to me. Marsha isn't fat anymore so that's no longer a similarity. Both are very talented, deep and can sing their ***** off though.

I agree. I love both artists and enjoy their vocals and writing.
