To be honest....anything around $250 is good for creams. Figure in the $199 retail price (taxes included) and aprox $15 to ship...really only paying $35 or so over retail (worth it in my opinion vs the time spent looking for your size at retail)

i think you should stick with a 10. creams fit a little bigger. i initially got a 10.5 for retail but i ended up buying a sz 10 for 250 shipped on ebay lol.
