Good day! I am new in buying online espcially with adidas usa. I am in Canada but I got a US address. Tried to buy a pair of shoe but got an error:
"For security reasons you must re-enter your payment details. Please note: Multiple failed attempts may result in additional authorizations against your credit/debit card. You may also try another card or use another payment method."...
I called adidas and found out that I cant order because Im outside USA (I did not know that). I contacted my cousin(who lives in the US) to order the shoe (he put the shipping address is USA but billing is my address in Canada). My cousin also get the same error. Does it need to be a USA credit card?
What else can I do?
