It's right, Crazy 8(KB 8 ), Top Ten 2000, Real/Pro Deal, Crazy Quiks(KB8 III) - had originally FYW tech, still they were retroed. I have all of those 4 retros, they feel great.
I just pray Adidas retroes EQT Elevation one day. I'd buy 20 pairs I think
. They are the holy grail for me, the nicest shoes ever. They bring up great memories, when I used to play bb during college and a few classmates had these as well as other dope EQT line bb shoes.
If someone at Adidas sees maybe it should consider retroing the EQT Elevation, KB8 II, Top Ten 2010> Maybe some of the EQT outdoor line of the 95-2000 Like Adidas Arooga, Adidas Adventure Claw... which are still great.
I do not get why they continue to throw all those mediocre vintage inspired models from Adidas Originals line as well as garbage colorways of retro models that just sit on the shelves even during the sales. Is it so difficult to retro the models exposed above, even a quick-strike? There are people ready to pay a premium price for those.
There are lots of NT members that have large collections of sneakers and if we were to think most of them are probably worn casually. Personally almost all of my collection (around 40 pairs) is made up of retro models. I have some newer models(from last 5-6 years) but to be honest most of the late ones are looking too unspectacular to be worn casually(for ex Kobe 4,5,6,7 that otherwise are excellent performers).
