I'm not sure the time they initially dropped. I randomly checked and got a pair added to my cart at 2:10am CST. It looked like there were only smaller sizes, 4-7 and 11-13 when I checked.

Someone said so. Product page doesn't show any sizes any more so it's probably time to accept that they're sold out on size.
