Yeah it just connected me back to my cart saying error occurred.

But just to check, if you get the timeout error, and you go back to your Paypal page, and click submit again. If the orders go through, will you get charged twice and/or cancelled?

Never got the cart error so I'm unsure. I did receive multiple errors after submitting my paypal info. I refreshed that page until it went through.
