The only XR1 I've ever liked is the Titolo Trail but other than that they've all been doo-doo to me

They got potential...human race NMDs were based off them. But my question is what is the comfort level like of XR1 compared to R1 or Human Race ones.

My Titolos are extremely comfortable.

Based on what I own, to me, the comfort level is rated as: CS > R1 PK > R2 PK > XR1 PK > XR1 Mesh.

HU NMD is based loosely on the XR1 because of the cage used.
The knit on the HU is thicker and the cage creates more lock down and clamp as it's quite far back into the backfoot.
