Normally I size down 0.5 for NMD PK R1's. I did the same for the original Hu NMD's but the knit is way thicker and felt tighter so you could go with TTS if you prefer. Prob the same for these new Trail HUs

Does the knit break-in okay? I like a little snug which is why I'm leaning 0.5 down

The OG knit isn't as stretchy as other pk NMD's and after almost a year mine haven't softened that much. I went 0.5 down, bit snug but fit fine. My foot isn't that wide, if it was wider the medial cage might be annoying.
