If I recall correctly there was a photo of a black colorway of the 3s that leaked. I’d expect that could be the last one that drops unless it was scrapped

So I know it’s old news but here’s my take. From a performance standpoint they definitely got these right. This should have been the starting point and it’s still a shame they didn’t incorporate boost. While they still wouldn’t be a first pick for me from a performance aspect these are the only ones that could be considered for on court use.
As far as fit they run long like and I’m a wide footer. 14 was just far to long but I did prefer the intial step in comfort of the larger size. 13.5 would have been perfect like all the others I have. It’s a shame this is where it ended because there is truly no wow factor to the shoe so would have definitely served a better purpose being the first especial drop since all it is is a rip of an old indoor soccer shoe adidas has. Can’t remeber the name but Sakoba or something that starts with an S. All in all it a great shoe at 130 but retail is steep considering the comp prices of hoop shoes on the market with better tech. From a style standpoint it’s still second to the model 2 for me and that just cause i the prefer the look. especially being a high with the strap. but from a performance side it’s the clear winner.

Size 9 sold out on the Adidas website, so I scooped a size 8 instead with a voucher and I'm a size 8.5/9.
For those who went true to size or down half a size, does it feel snug or is there enough wiggle room? My preference is for having a roomy fit or a fit with enough wiggle room.

I have such a love hate relationship with this shoe. Like original price is meh but the resale price is cheap. Packaging is amazing. I love how the shoe looks. It’s just art. Walking around for years now they just are uncomfortable. I had to take the soles out but now they fit too big. Otherwise they eventually hurt my toes and sides of my feet pretty bad. When you lock the laces you still gotta tie your shoes as they are super long.
Finally balled in them. This are not light with a flat foot but TONS of grip and actually weren’t as bad as I thought. Surprised me honestly. I only hoop cause of my young son and trying to get back in shape on the court. All my other hoop shoes are Jordan’s or EQLZ.
Such a versatile shoe. I know I am super super late but this was actually a good experience.

Definitely prefer the darker colorway. My *** should have held off.
