I can. Same stores that got banneds will carry these and if you add in boutiques and the random spots like UO and Pacsun getting them, it's not too far fetched.

I love living in a non-hypebeast/non-reseller area. Just hit up a foot store about an hour before close and they only had about 9 raffle entries in their jug.
