This screen means you've been blocked for refreshing too much.

Only options are new ip or turning wifi off on your mobile phone and using that.

Don't worry guys, Adidas is just getting rid of site key/bot orders right now. I haven't seen one post anywhere of someone getting through the splash screen manually, all these people buying are using the site key and will most likely get cancelled.
