Do powerphases run big? I'm a 9 in v1s and 9.5 in v2s. Went through a couple pairs of Reebok classics when I worked in a warehouse a few years ago. Had to be on my feet all day and a 8.5 was comfortable.

Looks like a marker spot from the pic. Real talk I would try a clearasil ultra pad to clean it and a white microfiber cloth to dry it. Rinse and repeat until it's gone.
