It will go to waitlisted users. Not those waiting in store for FCFS after 3 pm. FCFS only applies to pairs that are not picked up before 3 pm.

damn bruh, where you located? I hit 2 on footaction and champs in LA and im not even from there...might not even pick these up since im in san diego.
