I copped a 9 and am a definite true 10 pretty much across the board of all shoes. 9 is snug but like I would expect this shoe to fit if I saw it in stores.

i have a wide foot(9-9.5). and got a half a sz up(10)  and they fit fine (although my foot does still stick out on the sides of the mid sole a bit)... to me they are true to size. I think a 9 would make my toe pop out at the tip.
