As far as I can understand, you can take the END add to cart link for a product and adjust it, although you'll need the Yeezy unique product number:
That's for a pair of Yeezy boots. No idea how to manipulate it for size though.
I'm guessing I could try to look into my browser cache to find the source info on the MR page... If I could figure that out.
