I had this happen to me on my PB's and I called them and explained that I had both a US and UK address, they notated the account and they shipped out the next day.

Moonrocks were easy due to the fact that the online sites that carried them actually loaded. 

These Oxford Tans were awful. Only a few sites loaded the page.

Ordered a 6 and 6.5 from ADC UK but got cancelled immediately. I probably shouldn't have tried for 2 pairs 

Still have a size 8 that's still in progress from ADC UK so hopefully that ships. 

Happened to me too.  Last time both order got through.  I messed up the first order by not using my Paypal Debit and the last one they probable already had me flagged.  Still, hopefully, will get one from them and one from ADC-Ca.
